Postage

Once you have placed an order, we will get started on processing it straight away. If there are any issues with any of the products ordered we will contact you. 

"Click and Collect": Free pick up from Perth (Aveley/Ellenbrook). Once you have placed your order email us at admin@sensorysuperstars.com.au or send us a text 0437348328 to arrange a suitable time for collection.

We offer same day collection and are flexible on times - we understand the urgency when a particular toy or therapy product has been misplaced!

Let us know if you would like contactless pick up, otherwise you will most likely be greeted by one of our little superstars!

"Flat Rate Shipping" is offered for deliveries Nationwide for $10.00. 

We generally use Australia Post. All of our parcels are sent with a tracking number.  Please expect some delays with delivery due to covid-19.

If you have provided us with an email address you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Please check your junk folder if you have not received any communication from us. Our emails like to hide there!

Returns

We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase. With this in mind, we offer a 30 days return policy with a full purchase price refund. The requirements to qualify for a refund are:

  • You must notify us that the goods will be returned within 30 days receiving your item.
  • The item must be in an unused condition with the packaging intact and unopened.
  • The item must be securely packaged.
  • All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility unless the item has been agreed as being faulty by us. 

Defective Items

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged item, please email us including photos of the damage and a clear explanation. Once we have agreed that the item is defective we will communicate with you what the next step is.
