Sensory Superstars is not currently registered with the NDIS. However, depending on how you have chosen to manage your NDIS funds, you can still purchase products with your NDIS funding.
If you are Self Managed:
Please purchase your goods by the normal checkout process and we will provide a tax invoice for your independent claim. An invoice is sent automatically after you have placed your order. If you would prefer a separate invoice in a downloadable PDF format, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always send a copy of the invoice with your order.
If you are using a Plan Manager:
1. Go to the Checkout page
2. Choose Direct Deposit as your payment method.
3 Email email@example.com with your order number, the Service Participant Name and your Plan Manager’s contact details.
We will lodge a tax invoice with your Plan Manager to receive payment.
The Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each NDIS plan. Once your purchases are approved and payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email and send out your order.
